While driving to Shaolin this past weekend for my cuz’s wedding, I happened to turn on Shade 45 at the perfect time. The radio gods were about to drop some knowledge on me.
I had never heard of this cat Loaded Lux before—he apparently came up through the battle circuit and is now co-signed by Shaq.

It was right after a post-lunch spliff that this freestyle on Sway in the Morning came on.
It sounded better on air. I’m more impressed with Black Milk’s beats than Lux’s strained, sometimes lackluster rhymes. Couldn’t you imagine Nas hopping on the instrumental that drops around five minutes in? Still, he’s kind of nice with it. He looks like he’s feeling pretty nice too.
